The Yosemite one day tour is recommended for visitors who don’t have enough time to travel  to the Yosemite for more than one day. Our Yosemite One Day Tour leaves  around  7 AM, and return to San Francisco around 7 PM. The Yosemite tour is a full day adventure that includes a complementary pick-up and drop off in most of San Francisco hotels. We are specialized in private SUV and small  group tours. However, we do provide large group and  bus charter tours to the Yosemite National Park from San Francisco.  We customize our tours to the Yosemite to meet your travel needs and expectations. We don’t charge you for overtime to allow you to explore the wonders of the Yosemite Park ,with peace in mind!

Tips for Hikers in the Yosemite:

  • We don’t recommend the one-day tour unless you have limited time, because we don’t want you to spend all day in a vehicle. You may also add overtime to see the sequoias on this day tour, or choose our overnight custom adventures to see hidden waterfalls and giant sequoias not included on the 1-day tour.

  • For safety consideration and due to heavy snow, the hike to the sequoias in winter is optional and not recommended.

7:00 AM - 9:00 AMDrive to Yosemite via Central Valley

The Yosemite tour departs from San Francisco on Highway 580 to Central Valley going through Livermore Valley and Altamont Pass windmills farm. The Yosemite tour continues on highway 120 through the Gold Country where gold nuggets were discovered back in 1848. The Yosemite tour guide  will drive you through the historical Chinese Camp, an old mining town that lies on state highway 120 that lead to the Yosemite Park. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PMPicnic by the Yosemite Falls: North America highest Waterfall

The Yosemite tour stops now for lunch break at the Yosemite lodge restaurant and recreational area in the heart of the Yosemite Valley. This is an idyllic spot located by the Yosemite Falls. You may enjoy shopping at one of the Yosemite Valley gift shops and having an indoor lunch by the Yosemite Falls or  an outdoor picnic in the Yosemite Valley to admire the Yosemite Falls.
The Yosemite Falls is the highest  waterfalls  in North America located in the middle of the Yosemite Valley. These waterfalls are considered as the main attraction in the park for many visitors who travel from all over the world .In Spring, the Yosemite waterfalls flow is at its peak! The Yosemite falls  that measure  2,420 ft tall is actually three water falls in one: the  upper falls, the middle falls and the lowers falls.

2:30 PM - 4:00 PMHike with our Tour Guide to Marvel at the Yosemite Giant Sequoias

The Yosemite tour will now  offer  you a discovery hike to marvel at the Yosemite Giant Sequoias. The Yosemite National Park houses only three out of 75 total groves of Giant Sequoias scattered in the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada. 72 Groves of Giant Sequoias are located in King Canyon and Sequoias National Park. The reaming three major groves of Giant Sequoias are located in the Yosemite Park. The Yosemite three Groves of Giant Sequoias are: The famous Mariposa Grove, the Tuolumne Grove and the Merced Grove. Our Tour Guide will escort you to one of these three Groves. The hike is somehow challenging on the way up. Please have hiking shows and enough water before you go on this hike. You may also choose to hang out in the Yosemite meadows while others hike. The meadows are home to beautiful conifers including red fir, noble fir, white fir, Douglas fir, incense cedars, Dogwoods, Jeffery pines and sugar pines , and much more. Sometimes, bears can be seen in these meadows depending on the season!

Your  tour guide will now escort you back to San Francisco via Central Valley .The Yosemite Tour  guide will  offer you a  break before leaving back to San Francisco and a second break at the farmers market , in Central Valley .Our Tour Guides may choose to drive you back on a different highway to see more vista points and natural wonders as you wind your roads down the Sierra Nevada Scenic Mountains.
