  • The hike to the sequoias is not included on our one-day tour as it takes about 10 hours to drive from San Francisco to Yosemite and vice versa, which leaves you only two hours to sightsee in the Yosemite Valley.

  • We don’t recommend the one-day tour unless you have limited time, because we don’t want you to spend all day in a vehicle. You may also add overtime to see the sequoias on this day tour, or choose our overnight custom adventures to see hidden waterfalls and giant sequoias not included on the 1-day tour.

  • For safety consideration and due to heavy snow, the hike to the sequoias in winter is optional and not recommended.

The Yosemite tour guides continues  heading east through Central Valley. Central Valley  is the  largest  agricultural valley in the USA. It is commonly referred to as the "Fruit Basket of the World." by locals. The Yosemite tour continues on highway 120 through the endless agricultural green fields and ranchlands. Our Yosemite Tour  Guide will now offer you a coffee break at a local farmer's market place in Oakdale. You can enjoy   a breakfast, fresh  American ,Chinese, Japanese and Mexican  food . A Peet’s  coffee is also available within this farmers market.  The cowboy city of Oakdale is located about 100  miles  east  San Francisco and less than 100  Miles west of the  Yosemite Valley. Oakdale was  the first town in the Western United States to host a professional outdoor Rodeo. Oakdale hosts also a chocolate festival & famous  for its cheese factory.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AMDrive to Yosemite Valley via the Sierra Nevada

The Yosemite tour  guide will continue heading east  on highway 120 driving through the Gold Country. The Yosemite tour guide will also highlight the importance of small mining towns located along the highway and  their importance during California Gold Rush including  the historical Chinese Camp. 10:30 AM - 12:00 PMThe Sierra Nevada Natural wonders

The Yosemite tour continues driving you through the Sierra Nevada highlands traveling east   towards the Yosemite National Park. You will probably get to the Yosemite National Park   round 10 AM from the western entrance called  Big Oak Flat, located  34 miles a way from  the Yosemite Valley. The Yosemite Tour  guide will offer you now  spectacular  photos stops  as you start winding your roads down to the Yosemite Valley. Capture the steep Canyon where the Merced River runs dividing  the Yosemite floor into two  banks. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PMLunch Break by the Yosemite Falls:

The Yosemite tour guide will now offer you quality time to enjoy your  lunch break by  the Yosemite lodge & restaurant. This recreational  and touristic hop is  located in the heart of the Yosemite Valley. You can either enjoy your  break in or tout doors  by the Yosemite falls. You can also walk in the meadows along the Merced river. For shopping lovers, ,you can enjoy shopping at one of the Yosemite Valley gift shops. For nature lovers, take a smooth  about 8 minutes hike to the marvel at North  America’s highest waterfalls! The Yosemite Water Falls.
